Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you request a quote from, or hire, JM All Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") for lawn care, landscaping, property cleanup, or fencing services. By requesting a quote or scheduling work with us, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or in person are free and based on the information and property access available to us at the time. A final price is agreed upon between you and us before work begins, and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described or visible during the estimate.

Scheduling & Weather

Scheduled work may be rescheduled due to weather, ground conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your scheduled date.

Property Access

You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, securing pets during service, and pointing out anything not clearly visible that could affect the work — buried sprinkler lines, invisible fencing, septic components, or similar hazards. We're not responsible for damage to items or utility lines that weren't marked or disclosed to us in advance.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of your quote. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions about payment for a specific job.

Cancellations

We ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a job that's already been booked, so we can adjust our crew's schedule accordingly.

Photos of Completed Work

We may photograph completed jobs to use in our portfolio, website, or social media. If you'd prefer we not photograph your property, just let us know and we'll respect that.

Limitation of Liability

We carry out our work with care, but we aren't responsible for pre-existing property conditions, or for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground lines, sprinkler systems, or similar hidden hazards. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Missouri law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies at the time you request a quote or service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
